Product Usage and Licensing
ChicPixies offers various products and services, including WordPress themes, block patterns, and templates, which are protected under copyright and are the property of ChicPixies. These products come with specific usage and licensing terms:
- Personal Use: Purchasing a product for personal use grants you a license to use it on an unlimited number of personal projects. You may not share or resell these products.
- The purchase of a ChicPixies theme gives you permissions to use the design on an unlimited number of personal websites.
- Commercial Use: A commercial use license allows you to use the product on unlimited commercial projects. You may not share or resell the products as-is.
- If you are a web designer and want to use a ChicPixies theme for a client’s website, We require you to purchase a license for each client’s website or your client must purchase their own license.
Refunds & Returns
- Downloadable Files: Due to the nature of all downloadable digital products on our store, refunds or exchanges are not allowed. Before you purchase a theme be sure to review the theme demo and requirements. Unless the errors are from our end, we do not issue refunds for downloads.
- Services: If you have purchased any service from us and wish not to proceed with the process before we commence working on it, we will issue a full refund of the service cost.
We may provide you with access to third-party tools like WordPress plugins over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
